Provider checklist — Mozambique

Ask these questions in writing before you book. A reputable provider will answer them clearly. Evasion or vague responses are a red flag.
- Is the partner organisation registered with the Mozambican Ministry of Justice (for NGOs)?
- What's the program location, and is it in any region under current travel advisory?
- (Marine) What's the program's relationship with the Marine Megafauna Foundation or other recognised marine-conservation body?
- Are placements at residential children's homes?
