Ask these questions in writing before you book. A reputable provider will answer them clearly. Evasion or vague responses are a red flag.
- (Refugee work) Are you partnered with UNHCR, IRC, NRC, or another established refugee-response organisation?
- What's the trauma-awareness training requirement (mandatory for any direct refugee engagement)?
- What's the data-protection / informed-consent protocol for any beneficiary engagement?
- Is the partner registered with the Jordanian Ministry of Social Development?
