Fiji is far more than a tropical holiday destination — it's a place where volunteers can make a real difference for marine ecosystems and island communities facing the front lines of climate change. With 333 islands and some of the world's most pristine coral reefs, Fiji is a global priority for ocean conservation.
Our partnerships with Fijian marine biologists, village communities, and conservation organizations ensure your volunteer work directly supports reef restoration, mangrove protection, and sustainable development. The Fijian spirit of bula (warmth and welcome) means you'll be embraced as part of the community from day one.
Whether you're diving to monitor coral health, teaching in a village school, or planting mangroves along threatened coastlines, Fiji offers a volunteer experience where stunning natural beauty meets urgent environmental purpose.

Choose from our carefully vetted programs designed to protect marine ecosystems and support island communities while giving you the experience of a lifetime.

Fiji has a tropical maritime climate with warm temperatures year-round. The dry season (May-October) is the best time for volunteering, with less rain, calmer seas for diving, and excellent underwater visibility for marine conservation work.
